I cannot recommend this credit union enough! They are always genuine and willing to help whenever possible. Opened my first checking account at the old location as a teenager and made the mistake of thinking the average bank would be as willing to work with you like they are. NOPE! I've been a member of STFCU for over a decade, if not 2. As "life" happens, I occasionally have to reach out for help knowing the credit union has always been the best, most efficient way for me to conduct my business. I have to say it's a pain free process that seems to consistently be the best path to travel and I specifically want to commend Aine Melerine for being so professional and accessible. Shes AMAZING! My wife and I have nad nothing but positive experiences with the STFCU. We have two accounts with them and we financed an automobile a few months ago. These days it's rare to find customer service but the STFCU hits it out of the park. We highly recommend that if you're looking for a top notch, professional financial instittion with whom to do busines, you will be a winner with the STFCU. We do business via the Lacombe branch and the ladies are as delightful as they are professional.John Veca
