Harry Dixon III

I am a dedicated school administrator and educator committed to creating environments where students, teachers, and families can thrive. Throughout my career, I have focused on building strong foundations for success by fostering collaboration, accountability, and expanded opportunities for growth.

As a coach and volunteer community advocate, I work to strengthen partnerships, broaden access to resources, and uplift those I serve. I believe meaningful leadership begins with listening and is sustained through service.

Grounded in the values I live each day as a devoted husband and father, I strive to bring integrity, consistency, and trust to every relationship. These principles guide both my professional leadership and my community involvement.

I have proudly served as a Board Member of St. Tammany Federal Credit Union since 2021 and look forward to continuing to serve and support the credit union’s mission of remaining strong, member-focused, and well-positioned for the future.

Elaine Prewett

“People helping people achieve financial success” has been both the credit union’s mission statement and my personal guiding purpose throughout more than 30 years of service on the Board of Directors. What began as a commitment to serve has grown into a deep passion for supporting our members and strengthening our financial community.

When I began my teaching career, one of the first things I did was join St. Tammany Federal Credit Union. After my teaching and School-to-Work career concluded in 2019, I continued my dedication to the credit union by volunteering on the Board of Directors.

I also enjoy volunteering and serving in various capacities at my church, including participating in mission trips both locally and abroad.

Over the past three decades, I have had the privilege of witnessing our credit union grow into a thriving $46+ million financial institution. Currently serving as Chairperson, I remain focused on listening to our members, responding to their evolving needs, and strategically expanding our services to ensure the continued strength and sustainability of our credit union.

Rebecca Stogner

With more than four decades of experience in education and counseling, I have dedicated my career to supporting students, families, and communities through leadership, guidance, and service. I began my career in education as a teacher from 1982 to 1992 before transitioning into a school counselor role from 1992 to 2002, where I provided academic, social, and emotional support to students.

From 2002 to 2022, I served as a School Administrator with St. Tammany Parish Public Schools, helping to lead schools with a focus on student achievement, staff development, and cultivating a positive school culture. In addition to my work in education, I have served as Secretary for the Village Walk Condo Association since 2007.

I have also had the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors for St. Tammany Federal Credit Union since 2008 and currently serve as Board Secretary. This role reflects my ongoing commitment to community involvement and organizational leadership.

In 2022, I expanded my professional focus by becoming a Substance Abuse Counselor, continuing my lifelong mission of helping others grow, heal, and succeed. My career reflects a deep commitment to service, leadership, and advocacy for individuals at every stage of life.
